I have been a dental hygienist for 12 years and graduated locally from Georgia Perimeter College.  Hygiene is in my DNA as my mother was a dental hygienist also.  I was however, born and raised in Toronto, Canada but have been in Atlanta since 1996.  I live the single life in Midtown with my little dog, Mikko.  I love to hike, read and occasionally jump out of perfectly good airplanes!

Dental Hygienist (Part-Time)

I have worked in the dental field for the majority of my life and as dental hygienist for 26 years.  It has been an absolute delight seeing the transformations and evolution of dentistry over the last 30 years.  Our office here is technologically advanced and it is exciting that we can offer our patients the quality of digital x-rays with far less radiation exposure than traditional x-rays.  I very much enjoy the office setting and love working with a great dental team.

I am primarily a dental assistant, working with our doctors to make sure that our patients enjoy their dental experience. You may also catch me on the phone when our doctors are away at continuing education courses. I love knowing that I am able to help our patients achieve their dental health goals and live their lives with a beautiful smile.  I have worked in the dental setting for over 10 years and with Dr. Patel since 2004.  I recently married my husband, Viktor and currently have no children.  Friends, family and church are the major influnces and part of my life outside of dentistry.  Nutrition, fitness and wellness of the body and mind are also very important to me.

Dental Assistant

I have been a registered dental assistant since 1976. I assist both our doctors, but I particularly enjoy being behind closed doors and working in the lab on advanced cases and treatment plans. I love working in a field where we make people proud of their smiles and am a firm believer that laughter can cure just about everything.  I got married in 1998 and must admit I love pets, sharing 4 dogs (Jackpot, Benji, Ruby and Survivor) and also 3 salt water aquariums.  I also get excited to explore new places, cultures and people.  My favorite quote is: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you"

Office Coordinator

I oversee day-to-day office operations at the office which include keeping the practice running efficiently and smoothly and discussing with our patients their treatment plans that have been customized by our doctors. I have been in the field of dentistry for 12 years, 8 of which were spent as a dental assistant. Whether working in the clinic or now at the front office, I have always enjoyed making our patients’ dream smile a reality.  Originally from Pittsburgh, I moved to the south to escape the snow.  I would say the most important thing to me is my family (Bob - my husband and our daughter Makenna).  My ideal way of spending time is relaxing at the beach with my family or at the pool if we can't make it to the beach!
